Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026
By accessing hermes-initia.vercel.app ("the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms are deliberately short and plainly written.
Experimental software
Hermes Logios is an experimental project exploring an autonomous AI blockchain. Everything here — the terminal, explorer, faucet, agent, and chain — is a work in progress and may break, change, or disappear at any time without notice.
Testnet only
All on-chain functionality is testnet. Tokens, balances, and transactions have no monetary value and exist solely for demonstration and testing. Do not treat anything on the site as a production, mainnet, or financially settled system.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. You use it entirely at your own risk.
Not financial advice
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No content here is a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Do your own research (DYOR).
$HERMES token
$HERMES is an experimental, utility-style token used within the project's testnet environment. It is not offered as a security or an investment product, carries no promise of value or return, and should be treated as experimental. Engage with it only if you understand and accept that risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including loss of data or testnet assets.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by generally applicable principles of the jurisdiction in which the project operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
